In 2012, our founder was fixing fridges in a small garage in East Metro Atlanta, learning the trade and answering every call himself. The first client paid in cash. The second one referred three neighbors.

Thirteen years later, the van is upgraded and the crew has grown, but the founding rule hasn't moved: fix it the way you'd want it fixed in your own home. Every compressor, every seal, every valve is checked by someone whose name is on the invoice.

That's why we still diagnose every unit before we quote it. Guesswork doesn't tell you why the ice maker stopped or why the freezer is warming up.

The cobalt blue wasn't a branding decision — it was a job-site decision. Our first year, a customer couldn't find our tech in a busy apartment complex at dusk. Nobody was hurt, but the delay was frustrating.

The next Monday, every uniform, tool bag, and van decal was cobalt blue. Thirteen years on, it's how our vans are spotted from the highway, how our techs are seen through fog, and how our finished work reads as ours from three houses down.
